At RizzLevel, we believe dating and communication coaching requires absolute trust and discretion. We do not store your private chat conversations, we do not build advertising profiles from your screenshots, and we never sell your personal data to third parties.
2. Information We Collect
We only collect the minimal information necessary to deliver and personalize our service:
- Account Information: Your email address and basic profile settings (e.g. name, age range, preferred language) when you create an account.
- AI Coach Inputs (Ephemeral): Conversation text snippets or screenshots you submit to receive reply suggestions and coaching advice. These are processed ephemerally to generate recommendations and are not permanently archived.
- Learning & Progression Data: Your confidence score, completed solo challenges, streak milestones, and in-app achievements.
- Subscription & Purchase Status: Information verifying your active plan or credit balance, processed securely via Google Play Billing and RevenueCat. We never store raw credit card numbers.
3. How Your Information Is Used
Your data is used solely to:
- Analyze conversation context and generate tailored, high-impact reply suggestions.
- Personalize your solo practice scenarios and social confidence exercises.
- Maintain your subscription status and daily credit allowance.
- Ensure security and prevent abuse or fraudulent activities.
4. Data Protection & Encryption
All communication between your device, our servers, and AI processing endpoints is protected using industry-standard TLS/HTTPS encryption in transit. We apply strict security controls to ensure prompt isolation during AI processing.
5. Account & Data Deletion
You maintain complete ownership of your data. You may permanently delete your account and all associated records at any time:
- In the App: Go to Profile tab ➔ tap "Delete Account" and confirm.
- On the Web: Visit our Account Deletion Request Page.
