Request Account & Data Deletion
Complete transparency on how to permanently delete your RizzLevel account and all associated personal data.
Method 1: Instant In-App Deletion
If you have the RizzLevel mobile app installed on your Android or iOS device, you can delete your account instantly:
- Open the RizzLevel app.
- Tap the Profile tab in the bottom bar.
- Scroll to the bottom of the screen.
- Tap "Delete Account" and confirm.
Your account, profile information, and progression milestones will be permanently purged immediately.
Method 2: Web & Email Deletion Request
If you have uninstalled the app or cannot access your device, you can submit a manual deletion request by sending an email to our support team:
Recipient: landardevs@gmail.com
Subject: Account Deletion Request - RizzLevel
Content: Please include the registered email address associated with your RizzLevel account.
Our team processes manual deletion requests within 48 business hours. You will receive a confirmation email once complete.
